Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM) deals with the education of nurses in maternal and child health care. It is a 2-year-long Diploma program, with a 6-month mandatory internship.
This program will boost your career prospects, enabling you to work in community health settings. After completing this course, successful candidates may register themselves as registered nurses or midwives with the state nurse registration council.
Duration of Study
There will be two examinations every year. One annual examination in August and a supplementary examination in February. Theory examinations will be held in identified centers and practical examinations in the clinical area of respective institutions. Examinations will be held both in the morning and afternoon sessions
